After a hard-fought night, Davies finished in 9th position at the DIRTcar Nationals at VolusiaSpeedway Park. Davies started the race in 8th place and battled back and forth for most of the race in the same position. Jimmy Mars, who eventually won the race looked like he was shot out of a cannon and never looked back the entire race. There were no cautions so Davies and the rest of the pack never really had a chance to catch up to the leader. The yellow 71D car looked impressive tonight, which gave Team RDR a much needed boost. Ron and crew look forward to the next few night's action as the World of Outlaws shows begin on Friday.
